YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 September 2026

This policy describes how Discover Advertising handles personal information collected through this website, call requests, strategy preparation, onboarding and related communications. For privacy questions, contact enquiries@discoveradvertising.com.au.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, business location and the contents of your messages or questionnaire answers. Strategy and onboarding answers may include business goals, financial estimates, marketing activity, team contacts and links to approved assets.

Only share information you are authorised to provide. Do not submit passwords, card details, health information or private customer records through these forms. You can ask general questions without providing all your details, but we may need contact and business information to respond or provide services.

2. How information is collected

We collect information directly when you submit a website form, email us or communicate with us about your business. Our forms use Formspree to process submissions and deliver them to us. Technical information, such as IP address, browser details and request times, may also be processed by hosting and form providers to deliver and protect their services.

3. Why we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange conversations, understand your business, prepare recommendations, onboard clients and deliver agreed services. It may also be needed to manage our business relationship, resolve issues, maintain business records and meet applicable legal obligations.

Sending a call request does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list. If we send optional marketing communications, you can ask us to stop using the contact details above or any unsubscribe option provided.

4. Service providers and disclosure

Information may be handled by providers supporting form processing, email, hosting and the services agreed with you, where needed for those purposes. Relevant information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities where required or permitted by law. If you follow an external link, that provider’s privacy policy applies to your use of its service.

Our call request, strategy and onboarding forms are processed by Formspree. Its policy describes processing in the United States and other countries where it operates. This means information you submit may be processed overseas, where privacy laws can differ from those in Australia.

5. Cookies, analytics and local storage

This website does not currently include Google Analytics or advertising tracking pixels. Questionnaire answers are held in the current page while you complete them; our website code does not save them in browser storage. Reloading or leaving the page may discard unsent answers. Your browser may separately offer autofill or remember information under your own settings.

Third-party providers may process technical information or use cookies on their own services. We will update this policy if the website’s tracking or data-handling arrangements change.

6. Security and retention

We aim to limit access to information to the people and providers who need it for the purposes described here. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please contact us if you believe information has been disclosed incorrectly.

Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry, provide services, maintain necessary business records or meet legal requirements. Retention can vary by the type of record and the systems used. Contact us to discuss a particular record or request deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons.

7. Access, correction and privacy requests

You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain the reason, subject to applicable law. Please tell us if your contact details or other information change.

8. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your information, email us with the details so we can investigate and respond. If the matter remains unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for information about complaint options and whether it can consider your concern.

9. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
